PyVib2 would not have ever come into the world without scientific guidance and rational criticism of a prudent user personified by Prof Dr Werner Hug.
The VOAView program, originally implemented by Dr Gerard Zuber in Matlab and lately modified by Dr Jacques Haesler, can be considered as the precursor of PyVib2.
Dr Mohamed Zerara, author of the pyVib program, had found which components might be useful to implement the program.
Patric Oulevey, Elena Hasanova and Dr Vincent Liégeois have been taking an active part in the testing of the current release.
